Article 60 (Disability Benefits upon Re-treatment)
제60조 재요양에 따른 장해급여

장해보상연금의 수급권자가 재요양을 받는 경우에도 그 연금의 지급을 정지하지 아니한다.
Even when a recipient of a disability compensation pension undergoes re-treatment, the payment of the pension shall not be suspended.
재요양을 받고 치유된 후 장해상태가 종전에 비하여 호전되거나 악화된 경우에는 그 호전 또는 악화된 장해상태에 해당하는 장해등급에 따라 장해급여를 지급한다. 이 경우 재요양 후의 장해급여의 산정 및 지급 방법은 대통령령으로 정한다.
If the disability condition has improved or worsened compared to before after being treated and cured through re-treatment, disability benefits shall be paid according to the disability grade corresponding to the improved or worsened disability condition. In this case, the method of calculation and payment of disability benefits after re-treatment shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
