1. 신청기간을 넘기는 등 신청 요건을 명백하게 갖추지 못한 경우
2. 관계 당사자 양쪽이 모두 단독심판을 신청하거나 단독심판으로 처리하는 것에 동의한 경우
① The Chairperson may designate one public interest committee member in charge of adjudication or one public interest committee member in charge of conciliation of discrimination to handle a case, in any of the following cases: 1. Where the application requirements are clearly not met, such as exceeding the application period. 2. Where both parties concerned have requested sole adjudication or have consented to handling the case by sole adjudication.
