ARTICLE 17 (CONFIRMATION OF INSURANCE QUALIFICATION)
제17조 피보험자격의 확인

피보험자 또는 피보험자였던 사람은 언제든지 고용노동부장관에게 피보험자격의 취득 또는 상실에 관한 확인을 청구할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2020.5.26>
Any person who is an insured person or was an insured person may at any time request the Minister of Employment and Labor to confirm the acquisition or loss of insurance qualification. <Amended on June 4, 2010; May 26, 2020>
고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따른 청구에 따르거나 직권으로 피보험자격의 취득 또는 상실에 관하여 확인을 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall, in accordance with a request under paragraph ① or ex officio, confirm the acquisition or loss of insurance qualification. <Amended on June 4, 2010>
고용노동부장관은 제2항에 따른 확인 결과를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 확인을 청구한 피보험자 및 사업주 등 관계인에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall notify the insured person who requested the confirmation, the employer, and other related persons of the results of the confirmation under paragraph ②, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended on June 4, 2010>
