고용노동부장관은 차별, 직장 내 성희롱, 모성보호 및 일ㆍ가정 양립 등에 관한 상담을 실시하는 민간단체에 필요한 비용의 일부를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, within the scope of the budget, support a part of the necessary expenses to private organizations that provide counseling on discrimination, sexual harassment in the workplace, maternity protection, and work-life balance. <Amended 2010.6.4>
제1항에 따른 단체의 선정요건, 비용의 지원기준과 지원절차 및 지원의 중단 등에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
Matters necessary for the selection criteria of organizations under Paragraph ①, the standards and procedures for supporting expenses, and the suspension of support shall be determined by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. <Amended 2010.6.4>
