제72조(심사결정서) 청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 법 제58조에 따라 심사결정을 한 때에는 주문ㆍ이유 및 적용 법조문 등을 분명히 밝힌 심사결정서를 작성하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>
