①

제91조의21을 위반하여 자료 또는 정보의 제공 요청에 따르지 아니한 자에게는 300만원 이하의 과태료를 부과한다. <신설 2022.6.10>

Any person who fails to comply with a request for the provision of data or information in violation of Article 91-21 shall be subject to an administrative fine of not more than 3 million won. <Newly added 2022.6.10>

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에게는 200만원 이하의 과태료를 부과한다. <개정 2010.1.27, 2022.6.10>

  1. 1. 제34조를 위반하여 근로복지공단 또는 이와 비슷한 명칭을 사용한 자

  2. 2. 제45조제1항을 위반하여 공단이 아닌 자에게 진료비를 청구한 자

Any person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be subject to an administrative fine of not more than 2 million won. <Amended 2010.1.27, 2022.6.10> 1. A person who uses the name "Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service" or a similar name in violation of Article 34. 2. A person who bills the service fee to a person other than the Service in violation of Article 45 (1).

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에게는 100만원 이하의 과태료를 부과한다. <개정 2022.6.10>

  1. 1. 제47조제1항에 따른 진료계획을 정당한 사유 없이 제출하지 아니하는 자

  2. 2. 제105조제4항(제109조제1항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 질문에 답변하지 아니하거나 거짓된 답변을 하거나 검사를 거부ㆍ방해 또는 기피한 자

  3. 3. 제114조제1항 또는 제118조에 따른 보고를 하지 아니하거나 거짓된 보고를 한 자 또는 서류나 물건의 제출 명령에 따르지 아니한 자

  4. 4. 제117조 또는 제118조에 따른 공단의 소속 직원의 질문에 답변을 거부하거나 조사를 거부ㆍ방해 또는 기피한 자

Any person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be subject to an administrative fine of not more than 1 million won. <Amended 2022.6.10> 1. A person who fails to submit a treatment plan under Article 47 (1) without justifiable grounds. 2. A person who fails to answer questions under Article 105 (4) (including cases applied mutatis mutandis under Article 109 (1)), gives false answers, or refuses, obstructs, or evades an examination. 3. A person who fails to make a report under Article 114 (1) or Article 118, makes a false report, or fails to comply with an order to submit documents or objects. 4. A person who refuses to answer questions from an employee of the Service under Article 117 or Article 118, or refuses, obstructs, or evades an investigation. 5. Deleted <2022.6.10>

제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 과태료는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 고용노동부장관이 부과ㆍ징수한다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2022.6.10>

The administrative fines prescribed in paragraphs (1) through (3) shall be imposed and collected by the Minister of Employment and Labor, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended 2010.6.4, 2022.6.10>
