제29조 개업공인중개사등의 기본윤리

개업공인중개사 및 소속공인중개사는 전문직업인으로서 지녀야 할 품위를 유지하고 신의와 성실로써 공정하게 중개 관련 업무를 수행하여야 한다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2020.6.9>
Licensed real estate agents and employed real estate agents shall maintain the dignity of professionals and perform brokerage-related work fairly with faith and sincerity. <Amended by Act No. 12248, Jan. 28, 2014, Act No. 17352, Jun. 9, 2020>
개업공인중개사등은 이 법 및 다른 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 그 업무상 알게 된 비밀을 누설하여서는 아니된다. 개업공인중개사등이 그 업무를 떠난 후에도 또한 같다. <개정 2014.1.28>
Licensed real estate agents, etc., shall not disclose secrets learned in the course of their duties, except as otherwise provided by this Act and other laws. The same shall apply after licensed real estate agents, etc., have left their duties. <Amended by Act No. 12248, Jan. 28, 2014>
