제90조(행정소송) 공단 또는 심사평가원의 처분에 이의가 있는 자와 제87조에 따른 이의신청 또는 제88조에 따른 심판청구에 대한 결정에 불복하는 자는 「행정소송법」에서 정하는 바에 따라 행정소송을 제기할 수 있다.

① A person who has an objection to a disposition of the Corporation or the Himsaypiwon, or a person who is dissatisfied with a decision on an objection under Article 87 or a petition for trial under Article 88, may file an administrative lawsuit in accordance with the Administrative Litigation Act.
