공단은 사용자, 직장가입자 및 세대주에게 다음 각 호의 사항을 신고하게 하거나 관계 서류(전자적 방법으로 기록된 것을 포함한다. 이하 같다)를 제출하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.5.22>
1. 가입자의 거주지 변경
2. 가입자의 보수ㆍ소득
3. 그 밖에 건강보험사업을 위하여 필요한 사항
The Corporation may require employers, workplace insured persons, and heads of households to report the following matters or submit related documents (including those recorded by electronic means; hereinafter the same shall apply). <Amended on May 22, 2013> 1. Change of residence of the insured person 2. Remuneration and income of the insured person 3. Other matters necessary for the health insurance business
공단은 제1항에 따라 신고한 사항이나 제출받은 자료에 대하여 사실 여부를 확인할 필요가 있으면 소속 직원이 해당 사항에 관하여 조사하게 할 수 있다.
If the Corporation needs to verify the accuracy of matters reported or data submitted under paragraph ①, it may have its employees investigate the relevant matters.
제2항에 따라 조사를 하는 소속 직원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 관계인에게 보여주어야 한다.
Employees conducting investigations under paragraph ② shall carry and present proof of their authority to the persons concerned.
