2. 「소득세법」 제4조제1항제1호에 따른 종합소득 중 같은 호 다목 및 라목의 소득을 제외한 소득
① In 「the National Pension Act」, Article 19-2(1)2, 'property or income prescribed by Presidential Decree' means the property or income listed in the following subparagraphs. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 27614, Nov. 29, 2016> 1. Land, buildings, houses, aircraft, and vessels under Article 105 of the 「Local Tax Act」 2. Income under Article 4(1)1 of the 「Income Tax Act", excluding income under subparagraphs (c) and (d) of the same subparagraph.
