제45조 폐기물 인계ㆍ인수 내용 등의 전산 처리

기후에너지환경부장관은 다음 각 호의 내용과 기록(이하 "전산기록"이라 한다)을 관리할 수 있는 전산처리기구(이하 "전산처리기구"라 한다)를 설치ㆍ운영하여야 한다. <개정 2007.8.3, 2013.7.16, 2017.4.18, 2019.11.26, 2025.10.1>
1. 제14조제6항에 따라 입력된 음식물류 폐기물 수수료 산정에 필요한 내용
2. 제18조제3항에 따라 입력된 폐기물 인계ㆍ인수 내용
2의2. 제2호에 따른 내용과 폐기물처리현장정보 간의 상호 확인 및 현장 점검
3. 제3항에 따라 입력된 기록
The Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment shall establish and operate a computerized processing system (hereinafter referred to as "computerized processing system") capable of managing the following details and records (hereinafter referred to as "computerized records"). <Amended by Act No. 11969, Aug. 3, 2007; Act No. 12614, Jul. 16, 2013; Act No. 14734, Apr. 18, 2017; Act No. 16759, Nov. 26, 2019; Act No. 27360, Oct. 1, 2025> 1. Details necessary for calculating fees for food waste collected and accepted, entered pursuant to Article 14 (6). 2. Details of waste transfer and acceptance, entered pursuant to Article 18 (3). 2 of 2. Mutual confirmation between the details under subparagraph 2 and the waste treatment site information, and on-site inspection. 3. Records entered pursuant to paragraph (3).
기후에너지환경부장관은 전자정보를 효율적으로 처리하기 위하여 전자정보처리프로그램(이하 "전자정보처리프로그램"이라 한다)을 구축ㆍ운영하여야 한다. 이 경우 그 전산처리에 필요한 비용의 일부 또는 전부를 전자정보처리프로그램을 이용하는 자로부터 징수할 수 있다. <개정 2007.8.3, 2010.7.23, 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment shall establish and operate an electronic information processing program (hereinafter referred to as "electronic information processing program") for efficient processing of electronic information. In such cases, the whole or a part of the expenses required for the computerized processing may be collected from those who use the electronic information processing program. <Amended by Act No. 11969, Aug. 3, 2007; Act No. 12371, Jul. 23, 2010; Act No. 27360, Oct. 1, 2025>
사업장폐기물배출자 등이 전자정보처리프로그램을 이용하여 보고 등 대통령령으로 정하는 업무에 관한 내용을 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 입력한 경우에는 해당 업무를 이행한 것으로 본다. <개정 2007.8.3, 2025.10.1>
If a business waste generator, etc., enters details concerning duties prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as reporting, using the electronic information processing program, in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment, such duties shall be deemed to have been fulfilled. <Amended by Act No. 11969, Aug. 3, 2007; Act No. 27360, Oct. 1, 2025>
기후에너지환경부장관은 전산기록이 입력된 날부터 3년간 전산기록을 보존하여야 한다. <신설 2007.8.3, 2010.7.23, 2025.10.1>

기후에너지환경부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 제3항에 따른 업무에 관한 전산기록을 전송한 자는 전산처리기구의 장에게 그 전산기록과 관련된 자료를 제공할 것을 서면으로 요구할 수 있으며, 전산처리기구의 장은 요구받은 자료를 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 기간 이내에 제공하여야 한다. <개정 2007.8.3, 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment, a mayor/provincial governor, or a person who has transmitted computerized records concerning duties under paragraph (3) may, in writing, request the head of the computerized processing system to provide materials related to the computerized records, and the head of the computerized processing system shall provide the requested materials within the period prescribed by the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment. <Amended by Act No. 11969, Aug. 3, 2007; Act No. 27360, Oct. 1, 2025>
