제10조의9(계약 갱신요구 등에 관한 임시 특례) 임차인이 이 법(법률 제17490호 상가건물 임대차보호법 일부개정법률을 말한다) 시행일부터 6개월까지의 기간 동안 연체한 차임액은 제10조제1항제1호, 제10조의4제1항 단서 및 제10조의8의 적용에 있어서는 차임연체액으로 보지 아니한다. 이 경우 연체한 차임액에 대한 임대인의 그 밖의 권리는 영향을 받지 아니한다.

① The amount of rent in arrears during the period of six months from the enforcement date of this Act (referring to the Act on the Partial Amendment of the Act on the Protection of Commercial Buildings and Leaseholds, Act No. 17490) shall not be considered as rent arrears for the purposes of applying Article 10, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 1, the proviso to Article 10-4, Paragraph 1, and Article 10-8. In this case, the landlord's other rights concerning the amount of rent in arrears shall not be affected.
