①
전자지급결제대행업자는 전자지급결제대행 계약을 체결하는 경우에 제25조의4에 따른 정산대상금액 보호조치의 내용을 계약 상대방에게 고지하여야 한다.
A payment gateway service provider shall notify the other party to the contract of the details of the settlement amount protection measures under Article 25-4 when entering into an electronic payment gateway contract.
②
제1항에 따른 고지 내용의 세부사항 및 고지 방법에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
The details of the notification under paragraph ① and the necessary matters regarding the notification method shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
