Article 34 (Cancellation of Registration upon Application)
제34조 신청에 따른 등록의 말소

제28조제2항 및 제29조의 규정에 따라 등록을 한 자는 대통령령이 정하는 바에 따라 그 등록의 말소를 신청할 수 있다.
A person who has obtained registration pursuant to Articles 28(2) and 29 may apply for the cancellation of such registration as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
금융위원회는 제1항의 규정에 따른 신청이 있는 때에는 지체 없이 그 등록을 말소한다. <개정 2008.2.29>
Upon receipt of an application under paragraph ①, the Financial Services Commission shall cancel the registration without delay. <Amended by Act No. 8852, Feb. 29, 2008>
금융위원회는 제2항의 규정에 따라 등록을 말소한 때에는 지체 없이 그 내용을 관보에 공고하고 컴퓨터통신 등을 이용하여 일반인에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29>
When the Financial Services Commission has cancelled a registration pursuant to paragraph ②, it shall, without delay, publish the details in the Official Gazette and notify the public through computer networks and other means. <Amended by Act No. 8852, Feb. 29, 2008>
