한국은행은 금융통화위원회가 전자지급거래와 관련하여 통화신용정책의 수행 및 지급결제제도의 원활한 운영을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 때에는 금융회사 및 전자금융업자에 대하여 자료제출을 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 요구하는 자료는 금융회사 및 전자금융업자의 업무부담을 고려하여 필요한 최소한의 범위로 한정하여야 한다. <개정 2013.5.22>
The Bank of Korea may request financial companies and electronic finance business operators to submit data when the Monetary Policy Board deems it necessary for the execution of monetary and credit policy and the smooth operation of the payment and settlement system in relation to electronic payment transactions. In this case, the requested data shall be limited to the minimum scope necessary, taking into account the operational burden of financial companies and electronic finance business operators. <Amended by Act No. 11799, May 22, 2013>
한국은행은 금융통화위원회가 통화신용정책의 수행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 때에는 전자화폐발행자 및 제28조제2항제1호의 업무를 행하기 위하여 등록한 금융회사 및 전자금융업자에 대하여 금융감독원에 검사를 요구하거나 한국은행과의 공동검사를 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2013.5.22>
The Bank of Korea may request the Financial Supervisory Service to conduct an inspection or request a joint inspection with the Bank of Korea when the Monetary Policy Board deems it necessary for the execution of monetary and credit policy, from electronic currency issuers and financial companies and electronic finance business operators registered to perform the business under Article 28 (2) 1. <Amended by Act No. 11799, May 22, 2013>
제1항 및 제2항의 요구 방법 및 절차는 「한국은행법」 제87조 및 제88조의 규정과 「금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률」 제62조의 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2008.2.29>
The method and procedure of requests under paragraphs ① and ② shall apply mutatis mutandis to the provisions of Article 87 and Article 88 of the Bank of Korea Act and Article 62 of the Act on the Establishment of the Financial Services Commission, etc. <Amended by Act No. 9410, Feb. 29, 2008>
