상시 300명 이상의 근로자를 사용하는 사업의 사용자는 퇴직연금제도 적립금의 합리적인 운용을 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 적립금운용위원회를 구성하여야 한다.
The employer of a business that constantly employs 300 or more workers shall establish a Reserve Management Committee in accordance with the Presidential Decree for the reasonable management of retirement pension fund reserves.
제1항의 사용자는 적립금운용위원회의 심의를 거친 적립금운용계획서에 따라 적립금을 운용하여야 한다. 이 경우 적립금운용계획서는 적립금 운용 목적 및 방법, 목표수익률, 운용성과 평가 등 대통령령으로 정하는 내용을 포함하여 매년 1회 이상 작성하여야 한다.
The employer referred to in paragraph ① shall manage the reserves in accordance with the reserve management plan deliberated by the Reserve Management Committee. In this case, the reserve management plan shall be prepared at least once a year and include matters prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as the purpose and method of reserve management, target rate of return, and evaluation of management performance.
