제23조의11(운용현황의 통지) 중소기업퇴직연금기금제도의 가입자별 운용현황의 통지에 관하여는 제18조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "퇴직연금사업자"는 "공단"으로 본다.

① With regard to the notification of the operation status by participant of the Medium and Small Business Pension Fund System, Article 18 shall be applied mutatis mutandis. In this case, "pension provider" shall be deemed as "the Corporation".
