1. 기금제도사용자부담금계정에 관하여는 제22조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "확정기여형퇴직연금제도"는 "중소기업퇴직연금기금제도"로 본다.
2. 기금제도가입자부담금계정에 관하여는 제24조제5항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "개인형퇴직연금제도"는 "중소기업퇴직연금기금제도"로 본다.
Matters concerning the withdrawal of reserves from the Small and Medium Enterprise Pension Fund System shall be as follows: 1. Regarding the employer contribution account of the fund system, Article 22 shall be applied mutatis mutandis. In this case, "defined contribution pension system" shall be deemed "Small and Medium Enterprise Pension Fund System." 2. Regarding the employee contribution account of the fund system, Article 24, Paragraph 5 shall be applied mutatis mutandis. In this case, "individual pension system" shall be deemed "Small and Medium Enterprise Pension Fund System."
