제1조의11(위원의 수당) 위원회등의 회의에 출석하거나 회의 안건에 대한 검토의견을 제출한 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 그 소관 업무와 직접 관련되는 공무원인 위원에게는 수당과 여비를 지급하지 아니한다.

① To a member who attends a meeting of a committee, etc. or submits a review opinion on an agenda item for a meeting, allowances and travel expenses may be paid within the budget. Provided, That allowances and travel expenses shall not be paid to a member who is a public official directly related to the affairs within the scope of their duties.
