제1조의3 고용보험위원회의 구성

법 제7조제4항제1호 및 제2호에 따른 근로자와 사용자를 대표하는 사람은 각각 전국 규모의 노동단체와 전국 규모의 사용자단체에서 추천하는 사람 중에서 고용노동부장관이 위촉한다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2010.12.31>
Persons representing workers and employers under Article 7(4)(1) and (2) of the Act shall be appointed by the Minister of Employment and Labor from among persons recommended by labor organizations and employer organizations of national scope, respectively. <Amended on July 12, 2010, December 31, 2010>
법 제7조제4항제3호에 따른 공익을 대표하는 사람은 고용보험과 그 밖의 고용노동 분야 전반에 관하여 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 중에서 고용노동부장관이 위촉한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
Persons representing public interest under Article 7(4)(3) of the Act shall be appointed by the Minister of Employment and Labor from among persons with abundant knowledge and experience in employment insurance and the overall employment and labor fields. <Amended on July 12, 2010>
법 제7조제4항제4호에 따른 정부를 대표하는 사람은 고용보험 관련 중앙행정기관의 고위공무원단에 속하는 공무원 중에서 고용노동부장관이 임명한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
Persons representing the government under Article 7(4)(4) of the Act shall be appointed by the Minister of Employment and Labor from among public officials belonging to the senior civil service of central administrative agencies related to employment insurance. <Amended on July 12, 2010>
