법 제7조에 따른 고용보험위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 위원장은 위원회를 대표하며, 위원회의 사무를 총괄한다.

The chairperson of the Employment Insurance Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee") under Article 7 of the Act shall represent the Committee and shall have overall charge of the Committee's affairs.

위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

If the chairperson is unable to perform his or her duties due to unavoidable circumstances, a member designated in advance by the chairperson shall act in his or her place.
