제1조의9(협조의 요청) 위원회나 전문위원회(이하 "위원회등"이라 한다)는 안건의 심의를 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 관계 행정기관 또는 단체에 자료 제출을 요청하거나 관계 공무원이나 전문가 등 관계인을 출석시켜 의견을 들을 수 있다.
