제100조(출산전후휴가 급여등 신청기간의 연장 사유) 법 제75조제2호 단서에 따른 출산전후휴가 급여, 유산ㆍ사산 휴가 급여, 배우자 출산휴가 급여 또는 난임치료휴가 급여(이하 "출산전후휴가 급여등"이라 한다) 신청기간의 연장 사유에 관하여는 제94조를 준용한다. <개정 2012.7.10, 2016.12.30, 2019.9.17, 2025.2.18>
