제103조(준용) 법 제75조에 따라 지급된 출산전후휴가 급여등 또는 법 제76조의2제1항에 따라 지급된 출산전후휴가 급여등에 상당하는 금액의 지급 제한, 반환명령 등에 관하여는 제81조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "구직급여"는 "출산전후휴가 급여등 또는 출산전후휴가 급여등에 상당하는 금액"으로 본다. <개정 2012.7.10, 2023.6.27>

Translation

The provisions of Article 81 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the restrictions on payment, orders for return, etc., of maternity leave benefits, etc. paid under Article 75 of this Act or maternity leave benefits, etc. equivalent to the amount paid under Article 76-2 (1) of this Act.
