고용노동부장관은 법 제79조에 따라 기금을 체계적ㆍ안정적으로 관리ㆍ운용하기 위하여 자산운용 전문위원을 둘 수 있다. <개정 2010.7.12>

The Minister of Employment and Labor may appoint asset management specialists to systematically and stably manage and operate the fund in accordance with Article 79 of the Act. <Amended by Act No. 10352, Jul. 12, 2010>
