제104조의7(예술인인 피보험자 관련 변경 신고 및 확인의 청구 등) 예술인인 피보험자의 이름과 주민등록번호의 변경ㆍ정정 신고, 피보험자격의 취득ㆍ상실에 관한 확인의 청구ㆍ통지 등에 관하여는 제10조제1항 및 제11조를 준용한다. 이 경우 제11조제2항 중 "고용하거나 고용하였던 사업주 또는 하수급인"은 "사용하거나 사용하였던 사업주 또는 발주자나 원수급인"으로 본다.

Translation

① With regard to the notification of change or correction of the name and resident registration number of an insured artist, and the request for or notification of confirmation concerning the acquisition or loss of eligibility for insurance, Article 10(1) and Article 11 shall be applied mutatis mutandis. In this case, "employer or subcontractor who hired or had hired" in Article 11(2) shall be deemed "employer or client or prime contractor who used or had used".
