① The fund operation plan pursuant to Article 81 (1) of the Act shall include the following matters: 1. Matters concerning the income and expenditures of the fund 2. Matters concerning the business plan, commitment plan, and financial plan for the relevant year 3. Matters concerning the disposition of funds carried over from the previous year 4. Matters concerning reserves 5. Other matters necessary for fund operation
