제11조 확인의 청구와 통지

피보험자 또는 피보험자였던 사람은 법 제17조제1항에 따라 피보험자격의 취득 또는 상실에 관하여 확인하려면 고용노동부장관에게 이를 청구해야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2021.6.8>
An insured person or a person who was an insured person shall claim with the Minister of Employment and Labor for confirmation of the acquisition or loss of insurability pursuant to Article 17 (1) of the Act. <Amended by Act No. 12787, Jul. 12, 2010; Act No. 18210, Jun. 8, 2021>
고용노동부장관은 법 제17조제3항에 따라 피보험자격의 취득 또는 상실에 관하여 확인한 결과를 해당 청구인과 그 청구인을 고용하거나 고용하였던 사업주 또는 하수급인에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall notify the claimant and the employer or subcontractor who employs or employed the claimant of the results of confirmation regarding the acquisition or loss of insurability pursuant to Article 17 (3) of the Act. <Amended by Act No. 12787, Jul. 12, 2010>
