제110조(기금운용 결과의 공표) 고용노동부장관은 법 제81조제2항에 따라 매년 기금의 운용 결과를 서울특별시에 본사를 두고 있는 1개 이상의 경제 분야 특수일간신문, 관보, 인터넷 홈페이지 또는 방송 등을 통하여 공표해야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2020.11.24>

① The Minister of Employment and Labor shall, pursuant to Article 81(2) of the Act, publish the results of fund operation annually through one or more special daily newspapers in the economic field with headquarters in Seoul, the Official Gazette, the Internet homepage, or broadcasting. <Amended by Act No. 10411, Jul. 12, 2010; Act No. 17703, Nov. 24, 2020>
