고용노동부장관은 기금의 수입과 지출에 관한 사무를 수행하게 하기 위하여 소속 공무원 중에서 기금수입징수관, 기금재무관, 기금지출관 및 기금출납공무원을 임명한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall appoint, from among public officials under his/her jurisdiction, a Fund Revenue Collector, a Fund Financial Officer, a Fund Expenditure Officer, and a Fund Custodian to perform duties related to the revenue and expenditure of the fund. <Amended by Act No. 10412, Jul. 12, 2010>
기금수입징수관과 기금재무관은 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 따르는 계약, 수입ㆍ지출의 원인이 되는 행위 및 기금수입금의 징수ㆍ결정에 관한 업무를 담당하며, 기금지출관 및 기금출납공무원은 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 따르는 수입과 지출업무를 담당한다.
The Fund Revenue Collector and the Fund Financial Officer shall be responsible for contracts related to the management and operation of the fund, acts causing revenue and expenditure, and the collection and determination of fund revenue; and the Fund Expenditure Officer and the Fund Custodian shall be responsible for the revenue and expenditure duties related to the management and operation of the fund.
고용노동부장관은 기금수입징수관, 기금재무관, 기금지출관 및 기금출납공무원을 임명하였을 때에는 감사원장과 한국은행총재에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
When the Minister of Employment and Labor appoints a Fund Revenue Collector, a Fund Financial Officer, a Fund Expenditure Officer, and a Fund Custodian, he/she shall notify the Chairperson of the Board of Audit and Inspection and the Governor of the Bank of Korea. <Amended by Act No. 10412, Jul. 12, 2010>
