제112조(거래은행의 지정) 기금지출관은 해당 소재지에 있는 한국은행(본점, 지점, 출장소, 국고대리점을 포함한다. 이하 같다)을, 해당 소재지에 한국은행이 없는 경우에는 가까운 거리에 있는 한국은행을 그가 발행하는 수표의 지급인으로 지정하여야 한다.

Translation

① The fund disbursement officer shall designate the Bank of Korea (including its head office, branches, agencies, and treasury agents. Hereinafter the same shall apply) located in the relevant jurisdiction as the payer of checks issued by him or her, and in cases where the Bank of Korea is not located in the relevant jurisdiction, shall designate the nearest Bank of Korea.
