제113조 기금수입금의 수납절차

기금수입징수관이 기금의 수입금을 징수하려면 납부 의무자에게 한국은행의 기금계정에 내도록 알려야 한다. 다만, 사업주가 정하여진 기한까지 스스로 낼 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
When the fund revenue collector collects fund revenue, they shall notify the obligor to pay into the fund account of the Bank of Korea. However, this shall not apply when the business owner pays voluntarily by the prescribed deadline.
한국은행은 기금의 수입금을 수납하였을 때에는 납입자에게 영수증을 내주고, 수납통지서를 지체 없이 기금수입징수관에게 보내야 한다.
Upon receiving fund revenue, the Bank of Korea shall issue a receipt to the payer and promptly send a remittance notice to the fund revenue collector.
한국은행은 제2항에 따라 수납한 기금의 수입금을 국고금 취급절차에 따라 한국은행 본점에 설치되어 있는 기금계정에 집중시켜야 한다.
The Bank of Korea shall concentrate the fund revenue received under Paragraph 2 into the fund account established at the head office of the Bank of Korea in accordance with the procedures for handling national treasury funds.
