제115조(현금 취급의 금지) 기금지출관과 기금출납공무원은 현금을 보관하거나 출납할 수 없다. 다만, 「국고금관리법」 제22조제4항과 같은 법 제24조에 따른 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
Translation
The fund expenditure officer and the fund cashier shall not hold or disburse cash. However, this shall not apply to cases in accordance with Article 22, Paragraph 4 and Article 24 of the State Treasury Act.
