제116조 기금의 지출원인행위 한도액 등의 배정

고용노동부장관은 제109조제2호에 따른 분기별 지출원인행위계획의 범위에서 각 기금재무관에게 분기별 지출원인행위 한도액을 배정하여야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall allocate to each fund finance officer the limit on acts causing expenditure on a quarterly basis within the scope of the quarterly plan for acts causing expenditure pursuant to Article 109 (2). <Amended by 2010.7.12>
고용노동부장관은 제109조제2호에 따른 월별 자금계획의 범위에서 각 기금지출관에게 「국고금관리법 시행령」 제49조제2항에 따라 작성한 월별세부자금계획서에 따라 자금을 배정하여야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2011.9.15>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall allocate funds to each fund expenditure officer on a monthly basis within the scope of the monthly fund plan pursuant to Article 109 (2), in accordance with the detailed monthly fund plan prepared under Article 49 (2) of the Enforcement Decree of the State Treasury Act. <Amended by 2010.7.12, 2011.9.15>
