The Minister of Employment and Labor shall prepare the following documents concerning the fund settlement for each fiscal year, and submit them to the Minister of Strategy and Finance by the end of February of the following fiscal year after deliberation by the Committee. <Amended by Act No. 9229, Feb. 29, 2008, Act No. 10397, Jul. 12, 2010, Act No. 11037, Sep. 15, 2011, Act No. 19131, Dec. 30, 2025> 1. Documents regarding the overview and analysis of the fund settlement 2. Financial statements such as the statement of financial position, statement of financial operations, and statement of changes in net assets 3. A comparative statement of the fund operation plan and performance 4. Income and expenditure statements 5. Other documents necessary to clarify the contents of the settlement
