제120조(「국가재정법」 및 「국고금 관리법」의 준용) 기금의 운용ㆍ관리에 관하여 법과 이 영에서 규정하지 않은 사항에 관하여는 「국가재정법」 및 「국고금 관리법」에 따른다. <개정 2021.6.8>

① Regarding matters concerning the operation and management of the Fund that are not prescribed in this Act and this Decree, the provisions of the State Finance Act and the Act on the Management of National Treasury Funds shall apply mutatis mutandis. <Amended by Act No. 17329, Jun. 8, 2021>
