제124조(청구인의 지위승계 신고) 법 제89조제5항에 따라 심사청구인의 지위를 승계한 자는 승계사실을 증명할 수 있는 서류를 첨부하여 서면으로 심사관에게 신고하여야 한다.

① A person who has succeeded to the status of a claimant under Article 89(5) of the Act shall notify the examiner in writing, attaching documents proving the fact of succession.
