제131조 위원의 임기

심사위원회 위원의 임기는 3년으로 하되, 연임할 수 있다.
The term of office of a member of the Deliberation Committee shall be three years, and may be reappointed.
위원이 궐위된 경우 보궐위원의 임기는 전임자 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다. 다만, 상임위원(위원장을 포함한다)이 궐위된 경우 보궐위원의 임기는 새로 시작한다.
If a vacancy occurs in the office of a member, the term of office of the member appointed to fill the vacancy shall be the remaining period of the predecessor's term. However, if a vacancy occurs in the office of a standing member (including the Chairperson), the term of office of the member appointed to fill the vacancy shall begin anew.
위원은 제1항에 따른 임기가 만료된 경우에도 후임자가 위촉될 때까지 그 직무를 수행할 수 있다.
A member may continue to perform his or her duties until a successor is appointed, even after the expiration of his or her term of office as prescribed in Paragraph ①.
