심사위원회에는 위원장과 부위원장 각 1명을 둔다.

The Review Committee shall have one chairperson and one vice-chairperson.

②

심사위원회 위원장은 상임위원 중에서 고용노동부장관의 제청으로 대통령이 임명하고, 부위원장은 위원 중에서 호선한다. <개정 2010.7.12>

The chairperson of the Review Committee shall be appointed by the President, upon the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Labor, from among the standing members, and the vice-chairperson shall be elected by the members.
