심사위원회 회의는 위원장 또는 부위원장, 당연직 위원과 위원장이 회의를 할 때마다 지정하는 노ㆍ사 대표 각 1명의 위원을 포함하여 9명 이내로 구성ㆍ운영한다.
The examination committee shall be constituted and operated with no more than 9 members, including the chairperson or vice-chairperson, ex officio members, and one labor representative and one management representative each designated by the chairperson for each meeting.
심사위원회의 위원장은 회의를 소집하려면 회의 개최 5일 전까지 회의 일시, 장소와 안건을 각 위원에게 서면으로 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급을 요하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
To convene a meeting, the chairperson of the examination committee shall notify each member in writing of the date, time, place, and agenda of the meeting at least 5 days prior to the meeting. However, this shall not apply in cases requiring urgency.
심사위원회의 회의는 제1항에 따라 구성된 구성원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
The meetings of the examination committee shall be opened by the attendance of a majority of the members as constituted under paragraph ①, and decisions shall be made by the affirmative vote of a majority of the attending members.
