고용노동부장관은 법 제99조제9항에 따라 심사위원회의 재심사 업무에 필요한 전문적인 조사ㆍ연구를 위해 전문위원을 둘 수 있다. <개정 2008.4.30, 2010.7.12, 2021.6.8>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may appoint specialist committee members to conduct specialized investigations and research necessary for the re-examination work of the examination committee, pursuant to Article 99, Paragraph 9 of this Act. <Amended by Act No. 9622, Apr. 30, 2008; Act No. 10406, Jul. 12, 2010; Act No. 18314, Jun. 8, 2021>
전문위원의 자격ㆍ복무와 보수 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다. <개정 2008.4.30, 2010.7.12>
Matters concerning the qualifications, service, and remuneration of specialist committee members shall be determined by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 9622, Apr. 30, 2008; Act No. 10406, Jul. 12, 2010>
