제139조 심리조서

법 제101조제4항에 따른 심리조서에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적어야 한다.
1. 사건번호와 사건명
2. 심리일시와 장소
3. 출석한 위원 이름
4. 출석한 당사자나 대리인 이름
5. 심리 내용
6. 그 밖에 필요한 사항
The record of examination pursuant to Article 101(4) of the Act shall include the following: 1. Case number and case name 2. Date and time and place of examination 3. Names of attending committee members 4. Names of attending parties or their representatives 5. Content of examination 6. Other necessary matters
제1항의 심리조서에는 작성 연월일을 적고, 위원장이 서명하거나 날인하여야 한다.
The record of examination under paragraph ① shall state the date of its preparation, and the chairperson shall sign or affix his/her seal thereto.
법 제101조제5항에 따른 열람신청은 문서로 하여야 한다.
An application for inspection pursuant to Article 101(5) of the Act shall be made in writing.
