제20조의2(고용유지조치계획 위반에 대한 지원제한) 고용노동부장관은 제20조제1항에 따라 신고하거나 변경신고한 고용유지조치계획과 다르게 고용유지조치를 이행한 사업주에게는 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 사실이 발생한 날이 속한 달에 대한 고용유지지원금의 전부 또는 일부를 지급하지 아니할 수 있다.

Translation

① The Minister of Employment and Labor may not pay all or part of the employment maintenance support funds for the month in which the fact occurred to an employer who has implemented employment maintenance measures differently from the employment maintenance measures plan reported or change-reported pursuant to Article 20 (1), as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
