제21조의2(고용안정 조치에 따른 피보험자의 금품감소 수준) 법 제21조제1항 후단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 수준"이란 평균임금의 100분의 50에 해당하는 액수 미만(지급되는 금품이 없는 경우를 포함한다)을 말한다. <개정 2026.5.6>
