고용노동부장관은 제21조의3제4항에 따른 고용유지조치계획에 따라 사업주가 피보험자에 대하여 직업능력 개발ㆍ향상 등을 위한 조치를 하는 데 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다.

The Minister of Employment and Labor may provide support necessary for an employer to take measures for the development and improvement of vocational skills, etc. for insured persons, in accordance with the employment maintenance plan under Article 21-3 (4).

②

제1항에 따른 지원의 신청절차, 지원방법 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 고용노동부장관이 정한다.

Matters necessary for the application procedure, method of support, etc. for the support under paragraph (1) shall be determined by the Minister of Employment and Labor.
