고용노동부장관은 법 제23조에 따라 사업주가 정년을 연장 또는 폐지하거나 정년의 변경 없이 정년에 도달한 근로자를 계속하여 고용하거나 재고용하는 경우에는 그 비용의 일부를 지원할 수 있다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor may support a part of the costs when an employer extends or abolishes the mandatory retirement age, or continues to employ or re-employs workers who have reached the mandatory retirement age without changing the mandatory retirement age, pursuant to Article 23 of this Act.
제1항에 따른 지원 대상, 지원 요건, 지원 수준, 지원 기간, 신청 기간, 신청 방법ㆍ절차 등 지원에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2022.6.28>
Matters necessary for support, such as the scope of support, eligibility for support, level of support, period of support, application period, and method and procedures for application, under paragraph ① shall be determined and announced by the Minister of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 2022-628>
