고용노동부장관은 법 제23조에 따라 60세 이상인 근로자를 고용노동부령으로 정하는 기준 이상으로 고용하는 사업주에 대해서 그 고용에 필요한 비용의 일부를 지원할 수 있다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor may support a portion of the costs necessary for employing workers aged 60 or older, in excess of the standards prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, pursuant to Article 23 of this Act.
제1항에 따른 지원 대상, 지원 요건, 지원 수준, 지원 기간, 신청 기간, 신청 방법ㆍ절차 등 지원에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2022.6.28>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall determine and publicly announce the matters necessary for support, including eligibility for support, eligibility requirements, levels of support, duration of support, application periods, and methods and procedures for application, as referred to in paragraph ①.
