고용노동부장관은 법 제25조에 따라 제35조제1호에 따른 교육사업 또는 홍보사업을 실시하려는 사람에게 그에 필요한 비용의 일부를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, within the scope of the budget, support a portion of the necessary expenses for a person who intends to carry out an educational project or public relations project pursuant to Article 35(1) under Article 25 of this Act.
고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따라 지원을 하려면 대상 사업의 종류ㆍ내용, 지원의 내용과 수준 및 신청 방법 등을 미리 공고하여야 한다.
When the Minister of Employment and Labor provides support under paragraph ①, they shall make a public announcement in advance regarding the type and content of the supported project, the content and level of support, and the application method.
