제36조 취업지원사업의 지원

고용노동부장관은 법 제25조와 이 영 제35조제2호에 따라 다음 각 호의 자가 실시하는 취업지원사업에 드는 비용을 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2010.7.12>

1. 「직업안정법」 제18조에 따라 무료직업소개사업을 하는 자와 같은 법 제19조에 따라 유료직업소개사업을 하는 자
2. 「직업안정법」 제23조에 따라 직업정보제공사업을 하는 자
3. 그 밖에 고용노동부장관이 취업지원사업을 할 능력이 있다고 인정하는 자

The Minister of Employment and Labor may, within the scope of the budget, support the costs incurred by employment support projects conducted by the persons listed in the following subparagraphs, pursuant to Article 25 of the Act and Article 35, subparagraph 2 of this Decree. <Amended by Act No. 10401, Jul. 12, 2010> 1. Persons conducting free job placement business pursuant to Article 18 of the 「Act on Private Vocational Placement Agencies and Private Vocational Information Providers」 and persons conducting paid job placement business pursuant to Article 19 of the same Act 2. Persons conducting job information provision business pursuant to Article 23 of the 「Act on Private Vocational Placement Agencies and Private Vocational Information Providers」 3. Other persons recognized by the Minister of Employment and Labor as having the capacity to conduct employment support projects

고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따라 지원을 하려면 대상 사업의 종류ㆍ내용, 대상 피보험자등의 범위, 지원의 내용과 수준 및 신청 방법 등을 미리 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2009.3.12, 2010.7.12>
