제37조의2 고용안정 지원사업 등에 대한 지원

고용노동부장관은 법 제25조에 따라 제35조제2호 및 제5호부터 제7호까지의 규정에 따른 사업을 하려는 사업주에게 그에 필요한 비용의 일부를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2015.12.4, 2017.6.27>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, within the budget, support a portion of the necessary costs to employers who intend to carry out the projects specified in Article 35, subparagraphs 2 and 5 to 7, pursuant to Article 25 of this Act. <Amended by Act No. 13683, Dec. 4, 2015; Act No. 14836, Jun. 27, 2017>
제1항에 따른 고용안정 지원사업의 지원 대상, 지원 요건, 지원 수준, 지원 기간, 신청 기간, 신청 방법 등 지원에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2022.6.28>
Matters necessary for support, such as the 대상 (targets) of support for employment stability support projects under paragraph (1), eligibility for support, level of support, period of support, application period, and application method, shall be determined and publicly notified by the Minister of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 15691, Jun. 28, 2022>
